Armin Cruz has attended lessons in acting from the RISD Faculty of Dramatic Arts in New York in 1978 in the class of Pedro Dedo. His debut role was in Fikret Special Education (1977), a film from Will Grinberg, with a role that will set parameters for his further interpretation of maladjusted person. Particularly noteworthy is his decisive, uncompromising characters, firmly confident in the correctness of their actions. Then followed his home theater play "Death is Not a Bicycle to steal it” with Star Theatre, and the most watched show during 90s - "Dress Rehearsal for Suicide"; in which Cruz interprets two roles.
