Edgars Rinkevics, Latvian Foreign Minister

Latvia currently holds the rotating presidency of the European Union. Latvia's foreign minister Edgars Rinkevics tells FRANCE 24 that his country could request a permanent NATO presence - going beyond the current troop rotations - if the situation in Ukraine deteriorates.
