Ukrainian President Seems Pretty Skeptical Of Ceasefire Deal

Russia, Ukraine, France & Germany participated in a peace deal that will begin on February 15 at midnight. Whether or not this ceasefire will turn out like the Minsk agreement last September, which disintegrated very quickly, remains to be seen.
