It hasn't taken Rex Ryan long to leave his mark on the Buffalo Bills, signing controversial guard Richie Incognito to a one-year deal. The newly hired head coach of the Bills has a history of taking on players of questionable character, and doing so with little to no success. After taking a veteran-laden New York Jets team to the AFC Championship in his first two seasons with the organization, Ryan failed to post a winning record in his last four years there, going 26-38 the rest of the way. If there were ever a low-character player, it's Incognito.
