A suspect carrying a pellet gun was recently fatally shot by an elderly man with a real firearm. On Wednesday afternoon, 18-year-old Tyler Williams allegedly ran up to the 67-year-old victim in an Upper Darby, Pennsylvania park and demanded money.

On Wednesday afternoon, 18-year-old Tyler Williams allegedly ran up to the 67-year-old victim in an Upper Darby, Pennsylvania park and demanded money.
The older man turned around as the masked male was coming towards him and managed to grab Williams' weapon. The two struggled for a bit and the intended robbery victim was able to pull out his own firearm and shoot Williams in the head.
He died as a result and the other man was hospitalized for chest pains, but has since been released.
The elderly man does have a "license to carry" and according to authorities, he appears to have acted in self-defense.
