On 23rd June 2014, ahead of their concert at the National Concert Hall that night, Rodrigo y Gabriela returned to Grafton St, Dublin where their music career began several years before. At about 1.30 in the afternoon they set up and performed an impromptu set for passers by. All money raised was donated to the Eden Animal Shelter, Dublin.
