In Argentina, the debate over legislation that will reform the country's intelligence system began in Congress without the presence of opposition lawmakers. Intelligence Minister Oscar Parrilli regretted the opposition's decision to boycott the debate. The opposition, meanwhile, says the reform legislation is an attempt to divert attention away from the death under mysterious circumstances of Prosecutor Alberto Nisman. On Wednesday, human rights groups will testify on the bill. Leonel Poblete reports from Buenos Aires. teleSUR
