"Terminator Genisys" is the fifth installment of the Terminator series. Originally announced as a sequel to Terminator Salvation by McG to be released sometime in 2011, Halcyon Company was forced to declare bankruptcy and production was put on hiatus. The film has now been picked up by Megan Ellison of Annapurna Films and her brother David Ellison, of Skydance Productions. Paramount Pictures is set to distribute.
