Fantastic customer service- phone was immediately picked up by the owner, detailed description and took me the same day. This is a car enthusiasts place of business- Marc loves what he does and its clearly not only a job but a passion.I drove from Santa Monica to his shop after hearing great things by hard core BMW guys. It was worth the trip and he will see me again.
