We are told by Hazrat Muhamad (S.A.W.W) that we should not leave dinner even if what we eat is a single Khajoor. We should first check what we are eating properly, if there is something that can be harmful. We should first remove it and then eat. Abu Huraira (R.A) said that Nabi (S.A.W.W) never said anything bad about food. He would eat it if he wanted to or leave it. Now a day it has become so common to waste food. Our Prophet (S.A.W.W) said that we should respect our food. “Khane ka ikram” this is very important for us and I f we don’t follow this it can result in Ghurbat. Hazrat Aisha (R.A) said “Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) said that to ease the digestion of food you should do Zikar and perform Namaz. You should not sleep just after having dinner; it’s not good for our health. Walk at least 100 steps before sleeping in order to help your digestion.
