Several Latin American heads of state were on hand in La Paz for the inauguration of Evo Morales in his third term in office as president of Bolivia. Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa said that Morales' reelection strengthens Latin America as a region and advances social justice. Correa indicated Ecuador's interest in strengthening cooperation with Bolivia in order to further Latin American integration. Liz Scherffius reports from Quito. teleSUR
