US, Cuba talks continue in Havana

The highest level talks between US and Cuban delegations in 35 years continued today in Havana. Thursday's discussions were focused technical issues such as the reopening of embassies. Disagreements, however, continue on migration, with Havana charging that US policy facilitates illegal immigration from the island. Each country has its priorities, with Washington insisting on the extradition of US citizens in Havana who have been granted political asylum and Cuba demanding its removal from the State Department's list of nations that supposedly support terrorism.
