Oxfam Report Claims Top Billionaires Earn as Much as Bottom 50 Percent of World Population

Bill Gates, Carlos Slim, Amancio Ortego, Warren Buffett and Larry Ellison top the list. It's estimated the richest one percent will own more than half the world's wealth by 2016.
