thatKarachi- Sharjeel Memon, PPP leader and Sindh Information Minister, said today that MQM’s criticism on the Sindh government is beyond his understating.
Memon said that MQM would raise serious objections if the Sindh government called out the army to maintain law and order in Karachi.
“MQM is part of the government since last 25 years and its criticism is beyond understanding,” he said. He added that PPP is not afraid of anything but those involved in crimes are. “MQM appreciates when it is part of the provincial government,” he added.
Earlier this morning, MQM leader Khawaja Izhar-ul-Hassan criticized the Sindh government, saying it had failed in providing relief to the people of the province.
“Sindh government must take effective steps to stop violence in Karachi as the city has turned out to be a safe and favorite place for terrorists and killers”, the MQM leader added.
