The finish on the cajon is beautiful, much nicer than how it appears in the photos. The overall craftsmanship is outstanding. I love having a cajon with two very different sounds although I admit I'm partial to the flamenco side. The included gig bag is perfect to keep it from getting banged up. I have no hesitation recommending this cajon.
