An estimated one million people descended upon the streets of Paris for a memorial march on Sunday, January 11, to honor the victims of several terror attacks across France last week. Seventeen people were killed in the series of attacks, which began with an assault on the Paris offices of satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. More than 40 world leaders took part in the unity rally on Sunday, which culminated in Place de la République.
