Hundreds of mourners gathered Sunday (January 11) in tribute to slain policeman Ahmed Merabet, who was killed on Wednesday (January 7) after Islamists brutally attacked the Charlie Hebdo office.
The crowd assembled in Livry-Gargan, a northeastern suburb of Paris and Merabet’s hometown, for a moment of silence to honour the fallen policeman.
