Luke 5v27-39:- Jesus picked up the sensible clean-hearted Labourers for the Vineyard of our Father God. At Pentecost, Father pleased with their services Rewarded them by His Grace "Holy Spirit", His very own Spirit making them Twin-Brethren of Jesus.
Jesus Calls Levi
27 After this he went out and saw a tax collector named Levi, sitting at the tax booth. And he said to him, "Join and not Follow me as the Disciples of the Rabbis do. The root of the word Disciple is discipline and you discipline the natural once-born men through the moral laws. Moral teachers as defined in Matt. 13v52 as the owner of the House, the Synagogue bring out the Treasures old, the written Torah and the New, the knowledge of Oral Torah that is not in the Scriptures and that is why it is called Oral Torah. Oral Torah is learnt through logical reasoning and Logos is His Word that Jesus came to deliver. Greedy Rabbis cannot have this knowledge and that is why an Ideal Rabbi Prophet Elijah was sent to deliver Perfect moral teachings. Perfection in moral teaching makes you an Angel and that is why the icon of John, the Baptist is shown with wings of an Angel." 28 And leaving everything because He knew that He trades in Beautiful Pearls of Wisdom or Gospel Treasures, he rose and Joined and not followed him. This is a corruption by the Messianic Jews in an effort to Judaised the Church of God back to the old Temple High Priest, the Pope and Rabbis Fathers, the robed Catholic Fathers even though Jesus has told us that we have One Father and we are all His Sons, the Royal Priests. 29 And Levi made him a great feast in his house, and there was a large company of tax collectors and others reclining at table with them. 30 And the Pharisees and their scribes grumbled at his disciples, saying, "Why do you eat and drink with tax collectors and sinners? Now, these Rabbis didn’t encourage people to pay taxes to Romans and so, anyone who was working for the Romans was declared a sinner. Not all the tax collectors were fleecing people as Matthew stood up and challenged the people that if I have fleeced anyone of money, please come forward and I will pay him seven times. No one turned up to his challenge because he was honest and truthful. Further, he being a rich man gave half of his riches to the poor. The young rich man who asked Jesus how could he be perfect, Jesus replied that you became rich by fleecing the poor. So, give your riches to the poor and you will be perfect as the Samaritans are. But he loved Mammon more than the poor people that he had fleeced." 31 And Jesus answered them, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. 32 I have not come to call the righteous people like the Samaritans but the (wrong sinners) hypocrites who committed sins knowingly to repentance."
In Jesus, we are to be solitary.
