Farooq Sattar also termed 21st Constitutional Amendment a permanent solution for eradicating terrorism and added that without establishing local governments and community police it would be hard to bring situation under control. The 21st Constitutional Amendment issues has let everyone see those who stand with terrorists and those who stand against them.
