At a ceremony in New York City yesterday, Bolivia turned over chairmanship of the Group of 77 to South Africa for this coming year. Under Bolivia's leadership, the G-77 opined on numerous world events, condemning US sanctions against Venezuela, Argentina's battle with US Vulture Funds, and Israel's attacks on Gaza. teleSUR
