Harsh winter conditions in Palestine have made it increasingly dangerous for people living there, particularly since Gaza is for the most part without electricity for heating and has at least 100,000 people living in the streets following Israel's deadly attacks on Gaza last summer which left most infrastructure in the area knocked out.
