The Beverly Hilton’s chef has revealed what celebrities will be eating on the evening of the Golden Globes and the planned meal is rather impressive.
On Sunday, January 11th, executive chef Troy N. Thompson will be preparing his so-called ‘Modern Waldorf Salad’ along with baked arctic char and filet mignon.
The main course will also come with tomato fondue, heirloom cherries and a Tucson kale chip for toppings. Those who prefer to avoid meat will be treated to cannelloni.
For dessert, the famous diners receive a slice of cassis lemon cheesecake, hazelnut dacquoise and salted caramel. Thompson put quite a bit of thought into the dinner and has revealed he chose to stick with local ingredients from California.
He told PEOPLE “I feel like these dishes are a really nice way to showcase the fresh produce we always use here at the Beverly Hilton, and our great relationships with the farmers who grow it.”
Guests will also be offered two specially made cocktails that were created by Elettra Wiedemann of the Impatient Foodie in addition to small champagne bottles which are given to celebrities on the red carpet.
