Despite snow and below-zero temperatures, protesters demonstrated in front of the White House during the visit of Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto. Demonstrators demanded justice for the 43 missing students of Ayotzinapa, while also pointing to all the human rights violations during the two years that Pena Nieto has been in office. Others noted that US support for the Mexican drug war has resulted in increased militarization of the country, and has not lowered the level of violence in Mexico. teleSUR.
