Confusion between the ferry company and investigators has blurred the count of how many people exactly were on board a burning Italian ferry off the coast of Italy just a few days ago.
But now, Italian Prosecutor Giuseppe Volpe has a more concrete number of those still missing, not including the 11 killed.

"Subtracting the 11 victims that have been confirmed we can say that the number of missing falls somewhere between 10-15 people according to the boarding list in our possession."
But one additional key piece of information has been discovered that could explain what went wrong.
