Richard is a super guy and has always treated my family well. My father always went to him for the high end purchases and Richard treats me the same way now. If I've got anything important/high end that I need to buy, I go to him first every time. He's patient with you, doesn't push, and he even called and told me to come in when he got something I asked about. I've spent thousands of dollars in his store and I've been pleased with every purchase. He even custom-designed my engagement ring for a very reasonable price.
