For both men or women coconut oil is a great lubricant for self-pleasure! It is slippery, a little goes a long way and best of all contains no alcohol, glycerin or paraben (things people usually react to in other lubricants). For men, it is good for moisturizing and can be used for pleasure and left on for good health, for women, the anti-fungal properties make it especially good to use to maintain a healthy PH balance or treat an imbalance!
The only down side with coconut oil is that you can’t use it with latex condoms because oil degrades latex. It is however AMAZING as a massage oil + it tastes good so is safe to use all over without limiting other kinds of play.
