A look at the year ahead in movies

Among the vast amounts of sequels in 2015, some original movies look set to cause a stir. Successful or not, "50 Shades of Grey", the big screen adaptation of the international bestselling novel, will certainly be a talking point.

The movie is set to premiere at the Berlin Film Festival alongside Disney's live action "Cinderella", inspired by the fairytale. Directed by Kenneth Branagh, the film stars Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter and Lily James.

Another classic children's story set for adaptation is that of Peter Pan and Captain Hook in the upcoming fantasy film, "Pan" hitting cinemas in the summer.

Pixar Animation are also hoping to continue their winning streak with their latest original feature "Inside Out". The movie takes audiences inside the mind and thoughts of a young schoolgirl called Riley where five emotions try to lead her through the pitfalls of life.
