The wave of police killings of unarmed African Americans and the protests and mass mobilizations on a nationwide scale that followed have put the spotlight on police brutality and more generally, race relations in the United States. While there are major differences in perceptions of the problem by Black and white Americans, polls indicate that there is a across the board feeling that race relations are deteriorating. In today's program, host Jorge Gestoso interviews former police officer Matthew Fogg, who sued the police department for racial discrimination. Fogg offers his views on how law enforcement deals with African Americans, the state of Black America, and dynamics of racism in the United States. teleSUR
