ADNAN OKTAR: Hana Levi is saying that the Jews in Israel and America have lots of worries about the safety of the Jews living in Turkey; that the situation appears to be serious and that they could not get solid information from the Jews living in Turkey. Are they afraid? Are the Jews being oppressed in Turkey? Is there anything like that?
- There is nothing that we see, but they are very much irritated even from very incidental news reports. She also said that ‘Even in the slightest event, it creates a much greater impact here’.
ADNAN OKTAR: No, nobody can touch our Jewish brothers.
- For example, there was a news report, which said that the money that is needed for the rebuilding of Gaza should be collected from Jews living in Turkey and this irritated the Jews in the US.
ADNAN OKTAR: But this is very unnecessary. This is all fake, made-up gossip. There is no need to respond to these things. It is like saying things like, ‘We will lit a gas lamp in outer space’, or ‘I have gone to Venus in a jumbo jet’, etc. We can not respond to such things. Saying, “They will collect money from our Jewish brothers!” Who is going to collect that? How come? How could something like that happen?
- I think they expect something stronger from our government about the protection of Turkish Jews.
ADNAN OKTAR: But this is a very improper expression. Even a kid wouldn’t say such a thing. We have laws and a legal system here. How can that happen? They cannot even touch a single hair of a Jewish citizen, they cannot touch a single hair of the Christians. Let me see, who is going to do that? It can never happen; such unnecessary bedevilment is unseemly.
But if our President Erdoğan and our PM Mr. Davutoğlu made pleasant explanations on that topic from time to time, the uneasiness of our Jewish brothers would disappear. It would be beneficial to make pleasant explanations.
Well, my brother, if there is a single Jewish person in Turkey that is being hurt, they can directly come to me, they can tell me. We would turn this place upside down. It cannot happen. How come? We have a reasonable government. Mr. Davutoğlu is also a very reasonable man. There isn’t a wild or an unbalanced situation. These are all very unnecessary statements. Let them come and say it to me.
