In Honduras, after the visit of chief of the Southern Command, General John Kelly, the government of Juan Orlando Hernández said that the 2014 was a positive year, including the US military presence in the region that will be strengthened next year. For some analysts and social organizations members, this could be considered as the reforcement of Honduras as a military base in the region.
