Chaos erupts in a St. Louis suburb after yet another fatal police shooting.

Clashes broke out here early Wednesday in Berkeley after authorities say an officer shot a black man.

Officials say the officer was investigating a reported theft when he approached 18-year-old Antonio Martin who pulled out a gun, prompting the officer to fire.

Martin's mother said her son wasn't doing anything.

"His girlfriend told me that the police were messing with him."

The mother also said her son did not have a gun.

In Bedford, Ohio, a holiday ends in tragedy.

A woman called 911 for help after she says her boyfriend came home in a drunken rage.

Police say when they arrived 43-year-old John Hebebrand came at them with a knife.

After a taser didn't work, they shot him.
