Two days before Christmas, a pair of armed robbers entered a supermarket in Philadelphia and pistol whipped a victim.
One of the suspects was wearing traditional female Muslim garb, while the other was dressed in a casual red and white jacket.
Both of their faces were covered during the crime. After walking into the business, one of the robbers struck the 37-year-old person tending the store.
The casually dressed assailant then led him behind the counter. The individual dressed in Muslim attire remained on the other side of the checkout and collected the items the victim was forced to hand over.
About a minute after entering the business, the suspects fled the scene on foot with a few cartons of cigarettes and approximately 700 dollars in bills.
Both managed to get away unscathed and police have yet to track them down. Following the robbery, the victim was transported to the hospital to receive treatment for the injuries sustained.
