The Carpenter family decided to visit a local Christmas lights display in North Little Rock, Arkansas. They never could have expected the reaction their 15-month-old son provides. Although this is his second Christmas the little guy would finally be old enough to appreciate the aesthetics of the decorations and he didn’t disappoint in showing his amazement.
