Points of Light, an organization dedicated to volunteer service, and its partner Bloomberg have announced their annual Civic 50 list of good corporate citizens. The Civic 50 chooses the 50 most community-minded companies in the U.S. as evaluated in an annual survey. Winners were chosen based on four criteria of community engagement: investment of resources, integration of program with business strategy, institutionalization of support, and measured impact. All U.S. companies with revenues of $1 billion or more were eligible for this year’s list. The 50 companies are listed alphabetically.
