New Yorkers express outrage after two NYPD officers were shot and killed over the weekend:
Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Lui.
Social media revealed that the gunman, Ismaaiyl Brinsley, may have wanted to avenge the killings of unarmed black men by white police officers.
He then killed himself.
