Low turnout for Liberia vote amid Ebola fears

The turnout in Liberia's parliamentary election has been relatively low, as many people decided to stay away because of concerns over the deadly Ebola disease. The vote had been postponed twice as Liberia struggled to contain the epidemic, which has killed more than 3,000 people in the country. Al Jazeera's Kim Vinnell reports.
