I suffer Acid Reflux Disease. Besides irregular heartburn, I also have the painful discomfort of food getting “caught” in my esophagus, causing painful spasms. I could sometimes get these spasms to relax, if caught early enough, by drinking water.
Since starting treatment here on January 27, 2003, I have had only one spasmodic occurrence, and only a few twinges of early spasmodic activity, those of which went away on their own and did not go into full spasm. I have suffered heartburn only once. I have obtained at least 95% relief from painful spasms since beginning treatment.
