Colombian conflict victims ask paramilitaries to accept responsibility

During the last session of this cycle's Colombian peace talks being held in Havana, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia apologized to the Bojaya community for a 2009 incident in which 79 people were killed. A member of the victims delegation accepted the apology and requested that paramilitary groups accept responsibility for using the population as human shields, and the government for not taking violence complaint seriously. teleSUR
