Analysts weigh economic implications of renewed U.S.-Cuban relations

Warmer relations with Cuba has some in Miami already considering possible business opportunities.

Hugo Cancio, Ceo of Fuego Enterprises says the time is now.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) HUGO CANCIO, CEO, FUEGO ENTERPRISES, SAYING:

"From Brickell to Wall Street everybody is taking out their drawer their Cuba plan, you know, their Cuba strategy that they put together quite a few years back or quite a few months back everybody is trying to organize and excited about the opportunities. Cuba could be the last North American frontier."

Akerman corporate lawyer Pedro Freyre says business interests in Cuba aren't necessarily divided along party lines, either.

"Even within Republican ranks there are business interests, ie: the energy sector, the food sector, light manufacturing, pharmaceutical sectors that have had their eye on Cuba for a very, very long time so I don't think it will be an absol
