During this time, he has held senior level positions with a number of respected companies including American International Group, Guardian, and Kaiser Permanente. He also worked in Tokyo, Japan for a number of years as an Independent Human Resources Training Consultant, where he was employed by large national and multinational organizations throughout Japan, Thailand, and Australia.
