Cigar connoisseurs rejoice over U.S.-Cuba policy shift

For some... it's time to light a victory cigar...

Wednesday's announcement of a policy shift - that may one day end the U.S. trade embargo with Cuba - could eventually result in Cuban Cohibas for sale in the United States.

Luis Torres manages Davidoff of Switzerland in the Big Apple, and he's thrilled.

But it may take some time for these cigar enthusiasts to savor Havana's hand-rolled tobacco, as the longstanding trade embargo would need congressional approval before it's lifted.
