U.S., Cuba Begin Diplomatic Relations in Wake of Release of American Alan Gross

President Obama announced Wednesday, Cuba and America will start mending the tense diplomatic relationship that have formed over the past 50 years. The new talks have begun in the wake of the release of American prisoner Alan Gross.
