I have so much respect for marines...however that doesn't mean I won't laugh at marines jokes. Good thing too, because Claude Shires tells some hilarious marines jokes in this bit. I wonder if marines joke about this kind of stuff to each other, I guess the only way to find out what marines joke about is to ask Claude himself. I think these jokes are great because these jokes marines can relate to, as well as the ordinary non-marines. I fit in the non-marine category, but I am definitely sure these jokes marines get...I mean Claude was a marine and he wouldn't be saying it if it weren't funny. I believe it is hard to tell marine jokes, because there is so much respect for marines that telling jokes about marines may be difficult to get away with. However, Claude is able to tell jokes about marines in these marine jokes with ease which is a sign of a great comedian. There are so many different stations in the army, and to be perfectly honest I don't know the difference between any of them. I believe that is why these jokes are so good, because Claude is able to tell army jokes about marines that people who are clueless about the subject can understand. Not only are the army jokes about marines not hurtful, but he tells really funny jokes about marines. I believe that telling non hurtful, funny jokes about marines is the only way to get away with telling these jokes...the jokes only may be hurtful to those who enjoy those milkshakes at starbucks. Are they called marines, or marine corps? I don't know what corps mean, but I always here corps after marine. Maybe these aren't marine jokes, and maybe they are marine corps jokes. If they are marine corps jokes, I have been referring to them completely wrong, and I apologize for that. You know where I like to shop? Old Navy. And the reason I bring that up is because of the word Navy...are they referring to the Navy seals, or the color navy? Anyways, what ever the case, the Navy is pretty cool, and I am sure the Navy jokes about the marines too. I bet they all get into joke offs, and Navy jokes about marines all refer to the giant evil chess piece that they never got to fight like Claude mentions in the video.
