Amsterdam is a place many Americans may consider a utopia, and comedian Jeff Capri may have to agree. I mean, a place that has prostitution, and legal prostitution may be too good to be true for many Americans. However, there may be some downsides to legal prostitution to visitors of Amsterdam, and that is the horny men. Legal Marijuana is found in some states in America, but by the federal government is still considered a crime, which makes Amsterdam a stoner's paradise.
