I remember when I was younger, I would pretend to have a joke baby, and a joke baby is no substitute for a real baby. And this bit is about baby jokes, as Eddie Pence is able to share his experiences through a wonderfully executed baby joke extravaganza. His baby jokes are funny, mostly because he doesn't care. I'm sure there are all kinds of jokes that babies tell in their own Rugrats language about adults that we are not smart enough to get, I just have a feeling they are smarter than we think they are. Perhaps, they may think we are babies, and they are telling each other jokes about baby us...if that's the case then they've fooled me. I could also be completely wrong, and just leave it at face value, and just continue to laugh at Eddie Pence's jokes about baby and children, and what not...but at the end of the day, I don't care.
