"Rise and shine" is the program which is broadcasted by Kantipur Television. The program is the sub part of the Kantipur News. During the middle of the news they have a segment called "Rise and shine" in which they have different presentations, it could be an interview with journalist, politician, or anyone but mostly the hot and happening event or talk of the country and burning issues are mainly discussed in the program mostly by inviting a guest of related field. UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has proposed to hold the special general convention mid-February 2016 to resolve the intra-party dispute. Dahal made such proposal at the party’s central committee (CC) meeting started Sunday at the party central office, Paris Danda. The UCPN (Maoist) Chairman floated the fresh proposal to take the party ahead smoothly after party senior leader Dr Baburam Bhattarai expressed dissatisfaction for not incorporating all by the leadership after the Biratnagar National Conference.
