Johnny Manziel: 'Not using rookie excuse' for failure

The Cleveland Browns lost to the Cincinnati Bengals Sunday, and Johnny Manziel blamed himself for the loss, saying that he is "not using the rookie excuse" and it was a "fail on his part."
