Evidence of opposition clutter a Hong Kong street.

The popular shopping area known as Causeway Bay is now the last standing encampment for the pro-democracy protesters.

This, after police cleared most of the main protest site near the city's government offices two days ago.

Still, protesters say the fight will go on.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) PROTESTER ICY TSUI SAYING:

"People will continually just fight for their needs. And maybe this time is, you know, it's just a rehearsal. In future, in someday we can really, you know, get what we want. And we'll be back."

The protesters, though dispersed, are still demanding free elections for Hong Kong in 2017.

Beijing has said only pre-screened candidates will be allowed.

It's the core issue of the "umbrella revolution"... where these accessories, once used by protesters as a shield from tear gas, now silently decorate the last of the protest zones.
