Lebanon faces sectarian dilemma in ISIL fight

The Lebanese army has been fighting the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL0 and Syria's al-Qaeda branch al-Nusra Front for months now. The army has imposed strict security measures in the region, but many residents, majority of whom are Sunnis, say they are being treated by the military as security threats.
