Innovation, culture and education are the focus as leaders from Latin America, Spain and Portugal meet in Mexico at the Ibero-American Summit.
Among the ideas being discussed is the creation of 200,000 scholarships for students and professors to pursue their studies within member countries.
This year’s event, the 24th Ibero-American Summit, is being held in the Mexican port city of Veracruz.
